Exceptional staff helped with my dad's needs.

Had a great time with friends at this motel! We loved being near the beach while visiting the local farmers market and exploring the nearby hiking trails. Comfortable rooms, and we appreciated the easy access to power outlets for our devices.

The only downside was that the bathroom could have used a bit more attention. Some fixtures felt outdated and not as clean as we would have liked.

A Disappointing Experience, Avoid If Possible

During our stay, we found our room cramped and poorly maintained. Our interactions with staff were frustrating, especially about the hot water issue. Despite its prime location near the beach, we felt it wasn’t worth the cost. Consider exploring nearby accommodations for a better experience.

I loved the cozy queen room and the little kitchenette made my stay super convenient. There’s a nice pool and some outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The only bummer was the TV didn’t have that many channels to choose from, but that didn’t really ruin my vibe. 😊

The grounds are well-kept with a welcoming atmosphere. The owners show remarkable pride in their work, maintaining cleanliness throughout the motel.

I stayed in a Double Room and the comfort level varied a lot. The beds were decent, but I had issues with cleanliness. There was sand in the bed, which was pretty gross. The air conditioning unit was broken, and I definitely didn't appreciate the lack of hot water. Just felt really uncomfortable overall. I couldn't sleep well at all. Not impressed with this place, to be honest.

The location is fantastic – super close to the beach! But the bathroom could use some serious attention. the sink didn't have cold water and leaked. 😟

The location is fantastic, right by Carlsbad Village, making it easy to explore. My Queen Room included a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. However, the room felt dated, and some amenities like the TV and lights didn’t function as expected.
